RegisterMyBizNow provides administrative services. We help you start and maintain a business by preparing documents and, where submission is included in your selected service, submitting them to the appropriate government agency.

When you place an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Review your order carefully before you pay, including your information, your selected services, and the total price.
• Be authorized to give us the information and instructions you provide.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes.

We prepare documents based on what you tell us. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for the way you use the business you form.

Pricing. What is included in your service and the total price are shown before you pay. Service prices and applicable state fees are displayed as part of your order.

Government fees. Government fees are set by the state or agency and vary. Fees and approval are controlled by the government, not by us. Approval is not guaranteed.

Processing times. Many filings are processed within 30 days. This is only an estimate and is not guaranteed. Processing times vary by state, and extra information or documents may be required. Government agencies make their own decisions and set their own timelines.

Registered agent service. The first year of registered agent service is free. After the first year, the service renews at $125 per year unless you cancel before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged.

Payment is due when you place your order. All payments are final, except where required by law.

Because we begin preparing your documents after you order, please review everything carefully before you pay. If a government agency rejects a filing, delays a filing, or requests additional information, that does not entitle you to a refund by itself.

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Break any law or any rule of a government agency.
• Interfere with the security or operation of our website.
• Copy, scrape, or misuse our content or systems.

We may refuse or stop service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that a filing will be approved, that it will be processed by a particular date, or that our website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RegisterMyBizNow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Some places do not allow certain limits, so these limits may not apply to you.

These rules apply to any agent, affiliate, or partner who promotes, sells, or refers RegisterMyBizNow services. Agents and affiliates must:

• Not claim to be an attorney or CPA unless properly licensed.
• Not misrepresent state fees.
• Not guarantee approval or a specific processing date.
• Describe our services accurately, including that we provide administrative services and are not a law firm.
• Follow all laws that apply to their promotion of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the changes.
